The role
- Lead the operational strategy and delivery of the Retrospective Medical Discharge (RMD) department
- Oversee the development and refinement of client engagement systems, ensuring efficiency and legal compliance
- Manage and mentor a growing team of legal and support professionals
- Drive case progression from initial client contact through to outcome delivery
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and departmental growth
- Champion continuous improvement in client service and internal workflows
- Ensure high standards of documentation and data integrity are maintained across the RMD portfolio

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in management role, ideally within legal, healthcare, insurance, or not-for-profit sectors
- Proven track record in leading teams and operational systems
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with sensitive or confidential information
- High level of emotional intelligence and stakeholder management
