Summary:

Community nursing is our solution to home care for supporting veterans to be independent and comfortable in their own home. The primary goal of the Community Nurse will be to assist veterans with ageing in the home. As a Community Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering nursing services to support clients’ health and wellbeing in their own homes.

Clinical Care Services

  • Assistance with Daily Living

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a community or aged care setting
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
